I am 4 weeks pregnant and until today my breast have been painful but they are not today, is there something wrong? I havent had any spotting or a show? Do I need to worry

I wouldn't worry about it too much. My breast were sore to start with and then they just stopped one day. I would call my doctor just to be on the safe side but everything turned out fine with me.
