Kidspark rocks for our family
Kidspark is an hourly childcare service that is open 7 days a week. It's a little bit like a babysitter on retainer.
Review:I just wanted to share an hourly babysitter service that we discovered and love! It's called Kidspark. We went to the one in San Jose, but there are locations in other places as well. My husband and I got free tickets to a concert which was a great feeling until I spent 45 minutes on the phone and still couldn't find an available sitter or family member that was free to watch our daughters. I remembered driving past Kidspark, and decided to give it a try. It was either that or waste the tickets! We had a great evening and so did our girls! They had fun doing crafts, getting their faces painted, sliding down a huge slide and playing jump rope with other kids.
It's reasonably priced, $7.50 an hour for one kid - $11 for our two, and the nicest part is that the kids want to go back. It's like having a babysitter on retainer for 7 days a week.
My oldest daughter goes to a parent-participation school and I plan on bringing the younger one here so she can go to "school" while I help out at big sis' school.
Oh! And a bonus, they have hand sanitizer for your hands on the way out and stickers as a parting gift for the kiddos.
